got salvation?

It's such a simple question, yet it is profound. Your answer determines where you spend eternity and whether you experience true joy in life here on earth.

Thank you for visiting - we hope you find this website a helpful resource. This website is for everyone; it does not matter what religion you are or if you are not religious. God doesn't care about religion, He cares about what you believe!

So what is salvation? Salvation is a free gift from God through Jesus Christ and His sacrifice on the cross. All you have to do is accept God's gift! To accept God's gift of salvation, you must believe the following statements are true, demonstrate your belief by praying these statements to God, and have faith that believing them will result in you going to heaven immediately after you die:

  •
Dear God, I have sinned against You and against others and I realize that my penalty for sin is death and separation from You in hell forever.

  •
I feel bad for sinning and I confess all of my sins to You right now by admitting to You that what I did all those times was very wrong. I also repent of my sins by committing to You that I want to turn away from my sin and try not to sin anymore.
If you want, name specific sins you have committed and confess them to God right now.

  •
I now ask You, God, to forgive me of all my sins. I believe that the only way for You to forgive my sins and for me to have the desire to stop sinning is to be born again by accepting Jesus Christ as my savior and the Lord of my life.

  •
I accept Jesus Christ as my savior and my Lord and I place my faith and trust in Him alone because I believe He willingly bore all my sins on the cross 2,000 years ago when He was crucified and that He rose again alive on the third day. I believe that when Jesus was crucified He paid the penalty for all my sins to You, God, once and for all.

  •
With Jesus Christ as my savior and You, God, having forgiven me for all my sins, I believe that I am now Your child and I will be with You and my risen savior and Lord Jesus Christ in heaven for eternity. I thank You and pray all this in Jesus' name. Amen.

The following are the verses from the Bible that support each of these belief statements. God's gift of salvation rests solely on what is in the Bible and does not require following any specific religion. Salvation is available to anyone who believes in Jesus Christ as savior! If fact, that's where we should begin...

John 3:16-18
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Dear God, I have sinned against You and against others and I realize that my penalty for sin is death and separation from You in hell forever.

Romans 3:23
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.

Isaiah 59:2
But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear you.

Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

John 3:36
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

Matthew 10:28
And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him (i.e., God) which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

2 Corinthians 5:10
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

I feel bad for sinning and I confess all of my sins to You right now by admitting to You that what I did all those times was very wrong. I also repent of my sins by committing to You that I want to turn away from my sin and try not to sin anymore.

Mark 2:17
When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Luke 15:7
I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.

II Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

I now ask You, God, to forgive me of all my sins. I believe that the only way for You to forgive my sins and for me to have the desire to stop sinning is to be born again by accepting Jesus Christ as my savior and the Lord of my life.

John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

John 3:3
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Romans 10:9-10
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

1 Peter 1:13-23
Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance: But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear: Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.

Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

Romans 10:13-17
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Romans 5:8-10
But God commendeth (i.e., to entrust for care or preservation) his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

Matthew 20:17-19
And Jesus going up to Jerusalem took the twelve disciples apart in the way, and said unto them, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be betrayed unto the chief priests and unto the scribes, and they shall condemn him to death, And shall deliver him to the Gentiles to mock, and to scourge, and to crucify him: and the third day he shall rise again.

Matthew 26:28
For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

Colossians 2:13-14
And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us (i.e., sins), which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross.

Hebrews 9:27-28
And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

With Jesus Christ as my savior and You, God, having forgiven me for all my sins, I believe that I am now Your child and I will be with You and my risen savior and Lord Jesus Christ in heaven for eternity. I thank You and pray all this in Jesus' name. Amen.

I Corinthians 15:1-4
Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.

Romans 8:14-17
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ...

Ephesians 2:4-9
But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

John 14:2-3
In my Father's house there are many mansions: if it were not so, I would not have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that were I am, there ye may be also.

Romans 8:24
For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?
